[SOLVED] Defect in motherboard or psu?

Hello! Here are my specs
Ryzen 5 3600
EVGA 600 wt bronze power supply
Tomohawk b450 max
GTX 1660 ti
Corsair Vengence lpx 16gb
220T RGB corsair

Yesterday, I built my first pc. I plugged in everything all the way (and made sure they were in correctly). I booted it up to check if it would turn on, but nothing (absolutely nothing) turned on. I checked the EZ debug led but nothing was lit up. My CPU fan and case fans weren't on either. I was wondering if this could be due to my PSU or motherboard being defective. If it is a defect, how do I find out if it's my PSU or motherboard? Thank you! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, check your front panel connectors. I just did a build over Christmas and it won't turn on or nothing. I quickly found out that I flip flopped the rest and pwr connectors on the motherboard. Switched them and all was good.
