Currently building a gaming PC and upon start up my graphics card doesn't work. Not even the fans are spinning, but you can feel it heat up. What did I do wrong? Also nothing appears on the monitor. GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R7 370 2GB WINDFORCE 2X Video Card

Oops, apologies for the down vote. Replying on mobile. Are those the 4 x 1 block wires attached to the PSU? Because if so I don't think so. Could not find the slot, but I still was capable of plugging in the power directly at the top of the GPU.

No, the video cables go into the back of the gpu, at the back of your case. Make sure those are plugged into your monitor.
