Hello Guys Long story short I had a computer from 3 years ago that I haven't used and I decided to bring it back to life by turning it on on and no luck. Nothing comes on when I press the power button. No lights no nothing. So I took the psu and tested it with the paper clip jumper technique for the 24 pin connector (One end on green and one on black) and the psu fan was turning and it looked like it was working, it was spinning. But just because it was spinning doesn't mean its working 100%, it may be faulty I don't know. I was just thinking of getting a new psu. The computers psu takes in 125v and gives out 300w output. So I tested the 24 pin connector with a multimeter. Black probe on green/ground and the red probe on other wires and the voltages came out to be really low in the 3.3V range only for some wires and some wires didn't get any volts only 0v (DC of course). Maybe the psu is no good im not sure. Any suggestions and help is appreciated thanks in return.
