Hi everyone,

Yesterday I bought ASRock X370 Killer SLI, Ryzen 5 2600, and HyperX HX426C16FB2K2/16 (bundle with 2 sticks of RAM each 8Gb).

I installed two sticks in a2 and b2, BIOS can see them both, as well as Windows (tho it's says that only 7.9Gb of 16Gb is available). I turned off PC, pressed power button few times to remove any power left, and removed one stick.

With left stick PC ran well. I've turned power off once again.

Then I removed aforementioned stick and installed another. This time PC didn't start and just fell into reboot loop. Turned off power.

then I turned out CMOS battery for 5 min, placed it back, installed both sticks again (in a2 and b2) and enabled XMP in BIOS settings. With XMP enabled and two sticks connected PC denied to start.

Does it mean that one stick is defective?
