Question Defender picked up 2x trojan phish

I did a full scan and windows defender picked up 2 trojans, whats the best course of action? im not entierly happy with having to wipe the whole system for a fresh install unless thats the only option?
Below are the two things it found, stating "detected Trojan😛DF/Phish!MSR

Did you quarantine and delete the threats?

If so, did the system scan clean afterwards?

Removed them, seems like its clear as second scan didnt seem to detect them

You are likely okay then.

For more confidence, you can always scan with Malwarebytes or Hitman Pro (trial versions will suffice) a second/third opinion.

Given that subsequent scans are clear, you're probably OK.

But this is why a comprehensive backkup routine is helpful.

I dont beleive so, i dont use outlook app at all, usually use it via the web and dont even open anything i dont trust
