define r5 cooling

Will the two included case fans in the r5 plus the noctua nh d14 be able to cool a 970(overclocked) and a 4690k(overclocked).

is the noctua an intake or exhaust?
what is your cpu cooler?

the define R5 definitely have the potential for some serious cooling, it's just a matter if one will fully utilise them optimally.

What's the set up. Probably want at least one more fan

I would switch front intake to top exhaust and get another 140 mm for side intake
