I currently have no fans other than the ones you get with the case and I seem to struggle when getting my head around what fans are required for the PC to run quietly and efficiently.

I'm running an i7 4790k CPU and MSI GTX 980ti

I want to make sure that everything is cooled correctly, I also have a http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0068OI7T8?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00 Which I may change for a Water Cooling alternative if you guys think that will be more beneficial to my system?

In short I need to know what fans to buy and where to place them in my system.

Thanks in advance.

If you're sticking with the evo (which is fine if you're not doing big overclocks) then another 140mm front intake & another 140mm top rear exhaust is plenty.

I'll point you to these as you can interlink with your existing fans so they will sync to the same speed.

ARCTIC F14 PWM PST - 140mm Standard Low Noise PWM Controlled Case Fan with PST Feature https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00980K6KW/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_tPtKvbBQVM2TZ

They're expensive but worth it IMO.
Just plug the fans into the built in fan controller or your motherboard so you can run a quiet fan profile. The two fans that comes with the case is already sufficient but you can add more if you want. Its the low speed that the fans speed that makes it run quieter.
If you want to get new fans, consider noctua fans as some of their fans include a low voltage adapter that can run the fans at a low fan speed.
I use the ULNA adapter on my cpu cooler so it does not run above 800-900 RPM whilst my two Fractal design Dynamic Gp-14 fans are running at 7V using the built in fan controller.
