Dekstop Glitching Out

So i was using filezilla and all the sudden my desktop appears with no icons on it(http://prntscr.com/ibhl7k), but i can use everything else and if i got to file explorer i can see the stuff on my desktop folder(http://prntscr.com/ibhkyl). I seems like the desktop is completely unresponsive, i try to click and drag the blue box around and it dosent even show up. Please help me fix this isssue.

Open an administrator command prompt and issue these commands:
SFC /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Have you hidden the Desktop icons by mistake?
