Dekstop pc, how to disable FN (function keys) ?

So... I`m not using laptop I dont have mobility centre on my win 7... My new keyboard has FN key and seems no way to lock it... How the hell am I supposed to use F1,F2,F3 quickly...

I lost hope windows can turn this damn function off...

Press Fn and the key. Or get a better keyboard
