when i always play games on fullscreen i would press control+alt+delete on my windows 10 which would then take me to a screen with options eg lock, signout, switch user and task manager.
to alt tab out of games i would immediatly press task manager which minimises the game, yesterday night i was playing metal gear solid phantom pain for the first time i forgot to pause the game so when i made it to the main desktop screen i had huge stutters and delays, so i immediatly went back in to the game paused it and did the same method but still had the delays.
i've always done this same method beforehand even to this game but this was the first time i've ever done this minimise without pausing the game.
i figured it might fix it self but after turning it off for the night and now even today i have stutters and delays which has actually affected the performance of my rig.
it takes like 3 seconds longer to get to the login screen and when opening browsers or normal window folders or applications on windows like photo you can notice a delay on it trying to process it, in anyway is this fixable or is this im screwed type of thing.
