Hi I have an Issue I have windows 10 64 bit I have windows creator update 1709 I have an ssd samsung samsung 500 gig ssd 850 evo I have windows 10 installed from a windows 10 cd with version 1709 on it. The recovery disk that I want to delete because I have a program called roll back rx so I do not need it and I would like to merge that free space back to windows after deleting it. It's a healthy partition simple basic The first on the left in disk managment is the Healthy recovery partition the middel is the healthy efi system partition (100mb) and the last is the primary partition that has windows on it. And this is the one that I want to delete the one farthest to the left and I have run diskpart and in the end typed delete partition override and it says acsess is denied check the windows logs for further info but I couldn't find any. I ran partition assistant and it said there are some errors occured writing partition Chains to disk. . I made the partition unhidden so it now shows up in the My computer where all of my drives are listed. I have the c and 3 other internal sata hard drives and an external.Should I maybe unplug the external before deleting the recovery partition? and since the partition is on the same partition number as the c drive it is online.

any help would be great.

The evil djinn of Win10 will haunt you forever were you to attempt this. For the most part, Win10 is smarter at disk management then you are. If you want to "roll back" to previous instances get a USB 3.0 external HDD and do image backups.

Thank you as well for your Input on this as well! True about the smart comment lol.
