as the title suggests a few days ago I tried to delete the cmos by creating the short circuit in the motherboard, the pc seemed to go much better after, until after a few days it felt strange again. It is as if I feel my mouse slow as if I move it in the mud. What can cause this? I also tried several times to perform a clean installation of windows 10 before deleting the cmos but it didn't help what can I do?
