Delete mp4 video files

Hello, when I try to delete, I messages that file is running, or protected?

How was the file created? It might have illegal characters in the file name, which confuses Windows when you try to delete it. If this is the case, then open up a command prompt (DOS box), go to the directory where the file is located, use the command 'dir /x' to display the short file names, then delete the file using the short file name.
