when i delete the folder or file it keeps giving me error"could not find this item"

Were are you deleting this from, in what device, what OS, did this work before? Need full details about what you are doing and on what devices, including anything you tried already.

I have the same problem from time to time, is there more than one explorer.exe session open, and/or, are there utilities such as FreeCommander open along with explorer.exe? Refreshing directories often solve that problem.
