Seasonic is generally considered one of the best PSU brands out there. To have two in a row not working would be extremely unlikely.

What specs are the rest of the PC?

Do you have all the PCIe power connectors on the GPU connected?

yeah, i'm not going to blame the OP, i mean there are people who get struck by lightning twice. Still for the single most reliable brand to spit out two lemons is a little bit hard to believe. there might be something you're missing.

OP probably lives in India, where seasonic is big but they are lower quality than their US counterpart. Also Eco sounds like a budget line psu.

Where is he getting these? Sounds more like a dishonest vendor who is reselling returned parts to me.

My pc is a simple pc: amd phenom 2 x2, 2 rams, 1 hard disk, m4a88t-m motherboard
I hav No graphic card

This is weird...

Just checking, you've tried both positions of the switch on the back of the PSU?

Did they say anything about whether the first one you sent back was faulty?

Are you running it off a UPS? Try mains power. Some PSUs dislike poor quality electricity.

They didn't say anything about old one, they just said they are sending a new one

I am running it at mains


Psu runs fine when i join green and black wire, but when i connect to my pc after few seconds pc turns off, plus i saw voltage fluctuation in bios settings,
But my pc runs fine with my cheap psu, really confused what's happening

How trustworthy is the store that sold it? Would you expect them to give you a fake?

Does it look (particularly the insides; the bits of the circuitry you can see. Don't worry about colour, look at the placement) like the images here?

Yes its same, circuit is also looking same
