Well i actually need to get a new MOBO anyway since my old one only supports AMD, do you know of one that suports the 17-960 and is good if i want to upgrade in the future?

The only 1366 motherboards you are going to get are used or Egay. Their no upgrade options for them their already at the end of life no longer made.
