Delete users sub folders

I'm not a computer expert. Recently I have seen the users folder in C DRIVE is captureing 3.95GB space. Will there be any problem if I delete all folder and subfolders?

Just leave it alone. Unless of course you want to be restoring user data, reinstalling applications and even possibly recreating all user accounts. Best course of action is "If you don't know what it is, and don't know enough about it to be able to teach it to someone else, then keep your hands off it".
