This happens when my old pc dies and i didn't use my GPU for like 1 year. My uncle gave me this old pc and i transfer GPU, RAM and PSU there. Before i only have 30°C temps, when i'm playing i think my max is 70° or lower and i don't have fan on my old but still the temps is fine.
My old PC:
CPU: Intel Core2 Duo E7400
MB: Intel g31 express

My current motherboard: Biostar group GF8100 M2+ SE
I have GT 630 and it's normal temp is 65° C and when i'm playing it goes up to 99° C.
CPU: AMD Athlon (tm) 7750 Dual-Core Processor ~2.7Ghz
RAM: 4GB
