Deleted AMD drivers - Black screen :(

Hi, I'm a novice and I was hoping to get some help on my Ryzen 1600 build.

I've recently decided to join the PC master race and built my first ever PC - A PC made up of some used parts, one being a RX 480 Nitro+ 8GB which I got from Amazon's warehouse deals.
After installing everything, I decided to test everything before even thinking about overclocking and I had issues with the graphics card when I ran benchmarks 3d mark and Heaven. The Heaven benchmark showed artifacts (blue flashes) and 3d mark benchmark wouldn't even run. Having done some research, the most popular suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall the video card drivers.

After I uninstalled via AMD's program app and restarted after given the option to, my monitor wouldn't detect any signals from my PC (despite the post beep). I changed monitors and tried my TV via HDMI but still no luck. I tried to remove the graphics card and tried the onboard graphics card but still no signal - I don't believe Ryzen have an onboard graphics card...?
Is there anything I could do? I'm having a mini-crisis.

Fixed - somehow plugging in an Ethernet cable fixed the issue. Literally have no idea..

I'm still having the same issues on the benchmarks. I'll create another topic to avoid any confusions.
