Deleted C:\Users\X\AppData\Local [Can't Access Windows Button Items]

Hello,

So, done a silly mistake. SSD was being filled up and some things were deleted. Now I can't open anything from my Windows Icon, eg; Command prompt, system, event viewer, etc.

I get the error "Windows can't find C:\Users\X\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Winx\Group3\07 - 'program-name'.ink"

Alongside some of my programs, such as browsers etc lost their settings. Is there a way I can recover the general Windows stuff? Any help would be appreicated, hopefully without having to reinstall Windows at this point in time.

EDIT: Seems like I recovered most of it, I located the deleted files, and restored them in the location mentioned. I will do a final edit after I ensure everything is working correctly.

Use System Restore.
If it has been turned off, then you're out of luck. Your settings are lost.

I seem to have got everything working, thanks for the input though. I might simply do a "Reset your PC" eventually, just to ensure everything is fine.
