Deleted drivers while installing windows 10

I deleted my drivers instead od formating them while installing windows 10, now i cant install windows bcz it says no drivers to load, when i boot the pc without CD it says there is no operative system and if i try to load drivers while installing says there are no installation files on CD
I tried doing deskpart in cmd didnt work bcz it shows only CD partition
(Sry for mistakes im writting on my phone)

My hdd is ST3500413AS and i dont rly know which drivers i need to reinstall

You should look at your user guide. If you don't have it, download it from the manufacturer.

you may need to distinguish between drives and drivers, a drive is the disk that you install on, you can format a drive, you could have deleted in the partition (a portion of a drive) when installing. The drivers are software that tell windows how to use hardware, you cannot format these.

So i think that you are saying that you deleted your drive and did not format it.

When installing windows from a CD/USB then you have the chance in advanced to create new partitions on your drive. Be aware that you have in almost all circumstances lost any data that was on that drive if you have deleted the partitions.

I am not sure if i deleted drives or drivers, not intrested in any data that is being lost, i can download it again. When i was installing i clicked delete on both drives and now i cant start my pc it says no operative system found and when i try reinstalling windows it doesnt show any drives i can install it on and i can only refresh or load, when i load the cd it says it doesnt have installation files, my friend said i have to download drivers bcz i hdd is working but its drivers are deleted (ST3500413As is model of my Hdd) Do i just download it from website on a usb and install, then install windows or is there something else i must do

Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 .
Use that to download the file needed to install Windows 10.
