Question Deleted files show up in Pictures folder, when choosing wallpaper.

Hey guys.
So, a weird issue showed up the other day. I was going to change my desktop wallpaper, and noticed some old files showing up in the Windows 7 Personalization Panel.
It shows some previously deleted files in my Pictures folder (no thumbnails, just jpeg icons) but when I go there there's no files to be seen.

I've tried doing a sweep with CCleaner, but that didn't seem to do much. How do I get rid of them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a cloud backup service? Have you emptied your recycle bin? You should also check c:\users\public\pictures
