Deleted FRAPS files location ?

When I delete a file I create in FRAPS they don't show up in the recycle bin. Does anyone have any idea where their going?

where are you deleting a file from? if it's a network drive or removable media those skip the bin

Hi AntiZig, I have my OS on an SSD. Fraps and all other programs are on my HDD which I have partitioned into 4 partitions... documents/programs/apple/windows backup.

Everthing else goes to the recycle bin except the fraps files. I haven't changed anything concerning the recycle bin properties. Are they just deleted completely on the fly?

hmm that's weird, if windows recognizes it as local drive it should go to the bin.

are you sure your recycle bin isn't overfilled or the fraps file isn't too big for recycle bin? If it's too big it will delete it permanently right away once you click yes in the dialog box that pops up.

what os are you running? in xp recycle bin could get corrupted sometimes then you wouldn't be able to see deleted files inside it

Tried any recovery softwares?
They never worked for me, but it might just work for you.

Any idea how big that file might have been?
