Deleted my windows?

I screwed up.

Long story short my computer was not working the way it should. I figured if I wipe the drive and it still doesn’t work I can send it back to the manufacturer and get a new one.

I wiped the drive... clean... all partitions... all information... and windows too. I backed up all my files, and all the system files onto separate backup drives. But I didnt realize that I should’ve made a fresh install of windows.

Can I get any help?
