Deleted OS windows

Hellilo. I need fast help.
I got a new pc yesterday where i decided to download all my games from steam. When i downloaded a few my disc c with 10gb was full. I realized i had another disc d with 1tb.
I decided to copy all the files to the disc d and cæear out disc c. When i did that my pc background went all black, i could not press anything and my system restire points dissapeared. I guess that was the os. What can i do? I really need help

You managed to 'delete' the running OS? Hard to do, but I guess not impossible.

I'd suggest just reinstalling the OS and starting over.
