Question Deleted Ubuntu partition, PC boots to black screen

Oct 4, 2020
This is as accurate as I can get with what happened:

Used windows disk manager to delete Ubuntu partition
I wanted to extend the windows partition, but disk manager wouldn't let me
Used MiniTool Partition Wizard to do it
The program told me to restart the PC
When I did it the PC booted to the "rescue grub" screen ("error: unknown filesystem. Entering rescue mode... grub rescue>")
Reset the BIOS through the menu ("load default settings")
After that I was not able to enter the BIOS (I can see see the screen that tells me what keys to press to enter it, but pressing they keys does nothing) and the PC boots to a black screen

I also tried:
Taking out the CMOS battery
Clearing the jumper
Tried booting without hard disk, still can't enter BIOS
Booting from a live USB, but no matter what OS I use or what USB I use the PC boots to a black screen

The motherboard is Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2 rev:2.2, if that helps
