LoL, have you ever tried going to their site? There is no support at all, you have to call a number where you get charged like $3 a minute just so they can say you need to go to a local computer shop and getting your computer fixed or something to that effect...

Why not pop them a FREE email and ask them for yourself? They have been fine for me the couple times in the past 6 years when I had a question or needed to RMA a card. And I have used dozens of their cards. But most issues can be solved by yourself. What is the issue as maybe it isn't really a driver or ATI issue? Maybe someone here can help.
