Question Deleting AMD software has caused Windows to crash and restart infinitely.

I thought my PC was completely fixed, but I noticed that not all the settings in the AMD software were available to me. I believe that I used the full install but it looked like a minimum install because I didn't have the ability to check the fan speeds for my CPU. When I went online to see the full options, I noticed I was missing a lot of options when I compared it to the video. So I decided to uninstall AMD software and reinstall to see if that would fix the issue. But instead I'm now having crashes constantly and being faced with this message. I don't know if this is a sign that my entire PC is busted at this point. I keep facing so many issues that I don't even know what's causing any of this stuff to happen. My older PC didn't have any of these issues I just had performance drops due to the graphics card and that was it.

I did not use DDU. I have version 1.7 for the motherboard
