Deleting everything except for the OS on an SSD.

Well, the title says it all. Does anybody know a strategy that will let me remove all files except for Windows 10 related and boot files? I cloned my HDD to SSD and my PC now boots from the SSD but I need the rest of the space on the SSD, so does anyone know how I would go about doing this?

Reset your PC. Go to Settings>Update and Security>Recovery and reset Windows.

If you gonna delete everything except the OS, do a fresh install.

You wish to pare the SSD down to just the OS?
What things do you have on the HDD? Removing everything except the OS will remove any and all applications.

These will need to be reinstalled.

What size is this SSD?
