So the other day I modded Fallout 4 and installed a couple mods, it was all working fine until my screen went black and I had to force shut down Fallout 4 (I does this everytime I play now), I did some reading and a lot of people say I should delete the .ini Files I changed because it will set them back to default when I start up the game, will this work?

Solution
well, in worst case scenario, where game simply refuses to start and crashes to desktop as you try to run it, you would need to reset the whole game.
delete ini files
delete game from steam
redownload the game

as far as ini files go, pretty much all mods that require you to edit them, have pretty clear directions on what to edit in them on their page.
well, yes and no. A lot of mods require you to make changes in said ini files for the mods to work at all.
This is especially true for texture/sound replacers.
but yes, deleting ini files from C:\Users\<profilename>\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 will cause said ini files to reset to normal.
In worst case scenario, you need to re-add necessary ini file edits again.

I deleted the ini files and my game works good now, but if the worst case scenario happened what should I do?
