Deleting files from old HDD in new enclosure

I have found all my files in one folder. I wonder if I can delete all the other files/folders like the other User Folders that don't have files in them and the folders like Program Files and Logs since they're from the old computer anyway?

If you are talking about the stuff in the windows.old folder then I would suggest copying the things you want to save out and then deleting the whole folder after making a backup of it (just in case).
