Deleting Neighbourhoods AND other q's

Ok which folder do u go into to delete a neighbourhood you have created?

How do you level the land every time i try i get a HUGE slant I want to
flatten it out do I have to do it b4 i put a lot on it?
So far thats all I need to know

Deleting a neighborhood works just like anything else. There should be an
arrow-trashcan icon for it in the dialog that selects it.

Some things only work on level ground (like basements and paths, etc.) so
you might leave some room around the edges for smoothing out the steep
cliffs. ^_^
