Deleting old files in Windows 7?

Not really sure where to put this thread, hopefully this is the right spot.

But anyways, i'm trying to get some extra room out of my main hard drive.
I was wondering if i could delete
"C:\Users\Ian\AppData"

I know that "AppData" stores settings for all my programs and such, but the thing is, i have 3 different accounts on my computer and i no longer us the account Ian. So, is it safe to delete it if I no longer use it? Will it effect my other accounts?

Delete the account from one of your others - if you are Admin on the others. In fact also delete one of the others too - after copying anything useful across to the one that will remain. You only need one account on the pc.
