I have come across running low space on my SSD but I also have a 2TB HDD aswell but it has like 1.5TB left but, I boot off my SSD and it has all my software like MSI APPS GPU updates and what not, I'm wondering If it would be safe or wise to delete the old updates or old versions of these to free up space?

You mean delete the downloaded installation packages? Yes, you can delete those once they've been installed.

Or you could move the downloaded installation packages to CD or DVD just in case you need them again.

I don't know how much space they are taking up on the SSD but it may not solve the low disk space problem for very long.

Where possible you should install third-party apps on the HDD.
