deleting pictures & moving them

In my android tablet kitkat I took some pictures with camera.
Tried to delete.I long pressed the picture but don't seem to find any options.I can't move the picture with my finger on it.
I can swipe and change to other pictures though. If I want to save these pictures to google photo where do I supposed to
get those options?

Google photo is installed? If it is, the Icon is a pinwheel...

I set mine to upload on WiFi only, and it does it automatically, once set up
