I recently built a new pc with an SSD. I am having trouble getting my printer to work so I have installed and uninstalled drivers and software numerous times trying to find the right combo. Is this a problem for the SSD?

Solution
All you need is just MX700 series Mini Master Setup for the Printer and Scanner to work. There is no need to download the MX700 series MP Driver since the Mini Master Setup already contains your Printer and Scanner Drivers and Utilities.
My original question is- does deleting stuff from an ssd ultimately cause ssd failure? I am only exp with mech hds. I was under the impression that deleting stuff from an ssd many times can shorten their life or cause failure. I have installed and uninstalled drivers and programs many times trying to get this right.
Background-
New gaming pc. AMD FX 8350,Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Rev.4.0 ,MSI GTX 770 oc twin frozer, Kingston Hyper X 3K ssd, WD Cavier Black mech hd, and stuff. My OS is WIN 7 64 bit . 6 year old canon mx 700 printer. Tried using the original printer cd to get my printer going. Didn't work. Talked to Canon. Struck out. They thought that it was a firewall or antivirus or software incompatibility problem. Neither the Canon tech nor I thought of WRONG DRIVERS on the original cd. My wife brought up the driver issue. We bought the printer before Win 7. Light bulb turns on. Went into Canon's site and got 2 files. MP drivers and Minimaster download. Can't remember if I installed both. Now I have 2 printers in my devices and printers thing? 1 works (copy 1) I think. I've deleted everything pertaining to printers so I don't remember exactly, and 1 doesn't work ( probably the original from the cd). I deleted the 1 that doesn't work and renamed the copy to get rid of the words copy 1. Hey, the printer works. But the scanner doesn't. When I try to scan I am told that the drivers are wrong. I call Canon. They have me download MP navigator from the Canon site. I am pretty sure that I installed MP navigator from the cd. I think that they had me uninstall everything Canon before doing this. Doesn't work. He says try to print. Doesn't work. The day before I printed several test pages. We try deleting the canon printer from Devices and printers. We uninstall everything Canon. install the Minimaster and MP navigator. No good. He suggests that it is a Windows thing or a firewall thing or a software incompatibility thing. Basically Canon tech. support struck out. Now what? Again I have deleted everything Canon from add/ remove programs and deleted or removed all printers from Devices and Printers. I have downloaded From Canon's site the following zip files for win7 64- MP drivers, minimaster and mp navigator. My printer worked once but I don't remember the combo of installs that made that happen. Hoping to find a solution.

That's right. When I just install the Mini Master and try to print it says that the printer is offline. When I install the IJ network utility from the installation cd that came with the printer and the MP drivers from Canon the printer works. I then install MP navigator from the Cannon site and try to scan, the progress wheel spins but nothing happens.
