Deleting system partition

Hello guys I have win 8.1 and I want to downgrade to win 7
I will install the windows using the partition method (not usb nor cd) so I need to shrink a new partition and make it primary then make it active and put the windows in it etc...
the problem is I cannot change it to primary cuz there are other 3 partitions which are primary (cannot set more than 3 primary partitions) so I got system partition which is primary, can I delete it? here is it https://puu.sh/uMQ7R/86de1dcfb8.png
or if I deleted it the windows will shutdown and a problem will happen?

Can you post screenshot from Disk Management?

MBR disk can have 4 primary partitions or 3 primary + 1 extended.
System partition contains bootloader. If you delete it, windows will not boot anymore.

I have 3 primary which is maximum (the system part is primary) so I want to delete it to make another partition primary
can I delete the system partition or not?
