Question Deleting Videos/photos From Only One " Icloud synched" Ipad...?

Is this possible?

I have 2 ipads and an iphone and everything documented with my camera ends up in "Camera roll."
Whenever I delete from one device, it gets deleted from all...

I want to use one ipad specifically for my tennis coaching video analysis and don't want to have an entourage of unrelated videos popping up and also taking up space...
