Some context behind this would be helpful.
Why would you want to do this?

And that would be incredibly unsecure. Someone could kill your data, simply by entering the wrong password.

wiping data is kinda bruteforce
unless u have server client based windows (intune, oma-dm) then its not advised to wipe drive after x fail passwords, say u have stuck keyboard keys...hehe

anyway, encrypt drive (bitlocker), use usb key + password for unlock
set x failed attempts to lock account under system policies
this stops brute forcing without being as brute
