Is it safe if I were to delete all contents of this folder ?
What about the "\Winnt\Downloaded Program Files" directory ?
and lastly how about the directory "\Winnt\Downloaded Installations" ?

I just want to free up space on the drive. Many thanks in advance.

You can delete \Temp contents safely also in Internet Options delete temp
files
The other Folders you mention wouldnt I have thought consumed much space,
they contain small Apps required for viewing some web content, if you delete
them they are likely to be reinstalled on revisiting the web page.
You can also use Disk Cleanup to safely remove files, though if yr free disk
space is to low this may not run.
Low disk space on C will also cause a performance hit.
If yr really that short of space perhaps you shoul consider installing a
second, slave hd.

Many thanks DL. I'm glad I didn't delete anything before I got the
facts straight.
