Deliver SAT in house

Hello, I'm a newbie here and I hope this the right section to ask this.

Is it possible to a have a SAT decoder (maybe Linux/Android) that receives all SAT channels and make them available on a LAN, so other devices like PCs and/or Smart TVs inside the network can display them, maybe with a specific softwares?

Yep, you can distribute video over the network and use a tuner card with a video input to watch on computers and just video cables for a TV. Things like https://www.kramerav.com/products/specialty_av_products/video_over_ip

It won't be cheap. I think to wire up our auditorium at work with some newer video hardware in the rack with video and audio feeds was about $20,000.
