Question Dell, 1 beep, fans go then stop, no post.

Kicked my Pc (Dell) somewhat hard, now it doesn't turn on. It tries to boot but then it beeps once and turns off, and does this repeatedly. Fans also start spinning but stop after the beep. Nothing shows up on the screen, but the light inside pc do work. Is it the motherboard?

not enough info. open it up and see if anything came loose

Usually this is a Motherboard failure.
