Solution
Cleaning it isn't going to help the temps much unless it's totally filthy.

I think a cooling pad may be your best option.

Unfortunately heat issues are common with laptops.
So.....those temps weren't always that high?

I say that because it's a laptop.

Is it giving you problems due to those temperatures?

I don't think they don't look so high that things would fail....but they do look high.

....and being that the MB and HDD are high I would be looking at somehow cooling the whole inside of the laptop.

a bit lagging when temp that high
i am thinking about buying a vaccum cleaner for laptop and a cooling pad
is this sufficient for my laptop?

I would consider anything below 80 as being safe.

Although I would like them below 70.

....but the thing is.....it's a laptop....and laptops are very prone to having heat issues.

....and laptops are also more difficult than desktops when it comes to fixing heat issues.
