Dell 2209wa loud noise

Hi, where I find transformer replacement part for Dell monitor 2209wa ? Its Transformer PQ3220 (and It's part called T850). It started to make loud noise.
Monitor started to make loud noises 2 years ago but because I couln't find transformer I am also asking on this forum. At Alibaba they have asked me to send them transformer in mail. But probably require high volume order then I guess (even if they mentioned they can do only 1 piece)
So it's 3+3, 2+2 pin
So I am looking for PQ3220 PC44 ? PC44 is Specification of PQ3220 transformer But I can't find anything about that. Noticed only that have more specification about that one. I didn't found that 2 years ago so seems they are adding that new to Alibaba

I have asked Transformer manufacturer in my country and none can rewire it
Is there any better forum for this specific part, so I will get better reply/response
