Dell 3521 microphone not working

I got my 3521 nearly a year ago and at that time the microphone was working flawless when i created my first video from it.Now whenever i record voice through it it is very low even with max volume and db boost.I have tried changing drivers but itis still having problem . Please tell me how to fix this problem

Try an external mic eg zalman zm1 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836501002 or use a headset.

Check your mic is working properly in Device manager.

It is wokring probarly in device manager and i want to use the integrated mic not any exter one btw thanks for replying fast

Looks like you can't. Can you get it to work at all? If not either take the laptop in to get a new mic fitted or use an external mic - as suggested.

it is working but it's volume is too low(please read the first post again before answering)
