Dell 390 cant find drives

Hello, i cannot see any hard drives on my Dell 390. As a result I cannot get beyond the start page to upload a new BIOS which is probably what is needed.

Are you in BIOS and the drives are not present? Or in Windows?

You dont need harddrives at all to load a new bios.
