Dell 755 using both onboard and PCI-e slots

Can you use the onboard for a monitor and add a PCI-e card to run a second monitor

Just about any modern PCI-E video card can support two monitors these days. Unless you are using a really old video card you should be able to run both monitors off the card, and not use the integrated graphics at all. Which video card do you intend to use?

You didn't answer the question. I am stuck with a 755 at work and want to run triple monitors. 2 off of the card and one off of the onbaord. I noticed that in the BIOS it says that even if I set the onboard to default, it will still get disabled if a PCIe is detected... Is it possible to override this or am I stuck with dual monitors?
