Question Dell 7567 getting shut down after playing games!

Since i’ve been reading about it on the internet. I checked the temperature they are fine not exceeding 80 and then fans are working aswell i got both of them replaced recently. I have no idea if it could be my charger since i don’t have my battery plugged in and i use it directly on my main AC power cable. I have no idea what is causing it and it only happens while games and i get to stutter or fps drop while playing games. I’m easily 110 fps on rainbowsixseige but i can barely finish a match.

8gb ram. probably not enough. ssd how full it is?

i've got 16gig of ram and SSD is 163 gig free out of 232 gig and also battery is not installed it's removed so i don't think it should cause any issues.
