Dell 8500 vs GPUS

Hey guys,
My gpu just died, and I can't afford a whole new set right now.
I'm worried because I own an old Dell xps 8500, and the mobo bios is crappy and may be a bitch with the new gpu.
I'm looking for a RX460 or a GTX750ti, will those work no problem?

This is the model of the Motherboard: 0NW73C

Those should work no problem, I'd go for the 460 2gb that does not use a 6 pin pci-ex connector unless you can get a good deal on the 750 Ti.

Do u think the 460 will work right away even with those old motherboard Bios?

Actually AMD seems to be the best bet for working with an older bios. So if anything, the 460 would be the better choice for that reason. Make sure you uninstal the old drivers, and install the new ones off the AMD website.
