When I print, I get vertical lines on some of the lines of text that
are printing. I have no idea what is causing it. Anyone have any
ideas? I can email a picture that I scanned of what it is doing. Any
help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you run the head cleaning utility? Are you running out of ink?

Kevin, I cleaned the heads this morning with the utility and still got
the lines. I also tried aligning the heads again, but it still has the
lines. It does come up with an error that there is still tape on the
cartridge but I pulle them out and found nothing. Maybe I just need to
get new cartriges for it. Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks
